Bold Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') establishes and discloses the following privacy policy in order to protect the personal information of data subjects in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and to promptly and smoothly handle any related grievances.

Article 1 (Collection of Personal Information)

  1. The Company collects the following personal information at the time of initial membership registration to provide smooth customer consultation and various services: a. Google login generated ID or Apple login generated ID b. Email address acquired through Google login or Apple login c. Nickname d. Profile picture e. Occupation
  2. The following information may be generated and collected during the service use process: a. Push notification & Location service consent b. Current location information c. improper use records, service use records, Device Token, device information (model name, OS version)
  3. Additional information may be collected with separate consent after informing members about the personal information collected, purpose of use, and retention period during events, promotions, prizes, and service inquiries.

Article 2 (Purpose of Using Personal Information)

The Company will use members' valuable personal information only for the following purposes and will seek prior consent from members if the purpose changes:

  1. Confirmation of membership registration intention, member identification, maintenance and management of membership qualifications
  2. Provision of services and development, maintenance, and improvement of existing and new systems
  3. Development, maintenance, and improvement of operating systems to prevent illegal actions such as posting content that violates terms and conditions
  4. Provision of customized content and advertisements
  5. Response to and processing of inquiries, complaints, disputes, partnerships, advertisements, events, and posting-related requests
  6. Sending bills, processing purchases and fee payments, collecting fees, fulfilling contracts for service provision, and settling fees for provision
  7. Statistics on member service usage

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

  1. In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. However, the following information is preserved for the specified period for the following reasons: a. Improper use records
  2. In cases where preservation is necessary according to the provisions of relevant laws such as the Commercial Act and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Company retains member information for a certain period as specified by relevant laws. In this case, the Company uses the stored information only for the purpose of storage, and the preservation period is as follows: a.
